Adventurous Outdoor Activities: NCFE (level 3 Diploma) with UKSA

UKSA is the world’s leading maritime youth charity, delivering a wide range of leisure, further education, and professional career courses in watersports and yachting for over 30 years. Training is delivered from our purpose built, 4-acre waterfront campus in Cowes, on the Isle of Wight.

Course details:
UKSA's two-year, fully funded Adventurous Outdoor Activities NCFE is an ideal alternative to school or 6th form college for 16-18 year-olds who have a passion for watersports and outdoor education. The course provides an in-depth knowledge of the sports and outdoor industries, and students actively participate in leading sessions as a coach or instructor.

Several weeks will be dedicated to work experience on different sites and in unfamiliar environments. On completion of the programme students will be ready to work in employment within the vast sectors of sport and outdoor industries or can train further to enter higher education at degree level (through accumulated UCAS points).

Funding
